How scripting works

Scripting means writing about what you want in the past or present tense, as a scene that has already happened — “I woke up in the new flat and made coffee by the window” rather than “I want a new flat”. The detail is what makes it work: the more specific and sensory the scene, the easier it is to hold.

There is no repetition count here. One entry a day is the practice, and this journal keeps your past entries so you can re-read them. Everything stays in your browser — we never see what you write.
